Billets Families Needed
The Black Bear National Academy is seeking billet families in the Greater Philadelphia Area for the 2024-2025 hockey season. Host families provide room, board, and a supportive home environment for young athletes, fostering lasting relationships. Families receive a monthly stipend of $425 per player and can host more than one player. Interested families can contact jh@flyerselite.com or kanaly@comcast.net for more information.

Black Bear Sports Group Launches National Academy
Bethesda, MD – Black Bear Sports Group, Co-owner of the 2023 USHL Clark Cup Champion Youngstown Phantoms, has announced the formation of the Black Bear National Academy. The program will begin play in the 2024/25 season and call Black Bear’s Philadelphia area ice arenas home, fielding elite, nationally ranked Tier 1 AAA teams at the 18U, 16U, and 15U levels.
