

Alicia Regn is excited to serve as the Billet Coordinator for Black Bear National Academy, where she supports billet families and players throughout their hockey journeys. In this role, Alicia helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for athletes who are living away from home while pursuing their development both on and off the ice.
As Billet Coordinator, Alicia works closely with families and players to ensure a positive and rewarding billet experience. She understands the unique challenges that come with youth hockey at a high level and is dedicated to helping players feel supported, connected, and at home within the Black Bear community.
Alicia brings warmth, compassion, and a great sense of humor to her work. Known for her ability to connect with families and players alike, she helps foster a strong sense of community among the billet families who make the program possible. From organizing logistics to offering encouragement during the highs and lows of the season, Alicia is always ready to lend a helping hand.
A proud hockey mom, Alicia is the mother of two energetic boys, Charles and Henry. Her son Charles plays goalie for the 2012 team with Flyers Elite AAA, giving her firsthand insight into the commitment and dedication young athletes bring to the sport. Her experiences as a hockey parent fuel her passion for supporting the players and families involved with Black Bear National Academy.
Alicia values the relationships built through the billet program and believes they create a true extended family within the hockey community. She is committed to helping players grow not only as athletes, but as confident and well-rounded individuals.
